Transfer - Hey I'm Training with a Dart!

Well the news came in at about 9:03 yesterday. I am transferred. to a different appartment in Bathurst hahaha. So we are getting 3 new missionaries in our district! We will now have 4 elders in Bathurst and I will be TRAINING!!!!! My first child:) <3 I don't know where he is from as of now.. but its either France, Belgium or Quebec. I don't know my new address yet but if you already sent stuff its fine. Elder Fortier can give me the mail we will see each other like 5 times a week. So Funny thing for this week. Elder Colette is our new District leader. HE WENT TO DAVIS HIGH hahahahahahahahaha. He graduated in 2013. Funny eh?

Both of our investigators dropped us this week, one because he will be too busy with work, coaching wrestling, and now commentating hockey games.. :( but he wants us to go on bike rides with him and go to wrestling practices and help out so maybe when hockey season is over he will become an investigator again who knows.

Saturday we had something interesting happen. So we give out these mormon.org cards to lots of people and they have our number on them and people will call us if they need help with anything.. SO we got a random call from a guy I met on a road in downtown Bathurst. He is an atheist but for some reason he loves us. So he called us to help him clean his gutters on his house which took like 30 minutes and they he bought me and Elder Fortier lobsters. He fed us flippin lobsters! they were so good. And he told us that if we ever run out of food or if we are in the area to come over and eat dinner with him. Pretty neato.

This week we will be volunteering for the local TV provider business. We may be camera men for an hour. How cool would that be?  Also, we have been told that the local high schools need some basketball coaches to help out with the team. We are thinking about helping them out too even though I have played about 0 years of basketball.

Well well, this week it snowed. Yep I really am in Canada. We have about a foot of snow as of this morning and we lost power in Beresford (where we live) The storms here are phenomenal. We were up in Pointe Verte during it which is an ocean side french village... the waves where just massive and snow was stinging our faces because it was super windy. Nobody opens the door when its cold hahaha they just wave at you.. its funny. We also met a guy up there who spoke to us in English until he found out we were missionaries and then was like, I dont speak english. So we spoke French and then he was embarrassed hahaha...

A really cool thing that happened this week... I have been looking for these two guys from France who were in the area book. They are soccer players from France.. So 6 weeks went by unable to make contact and just a few days ago we knocked on one of their houses! His wife and kids answered and told us to come back but let them know so they can get the other guy to be there too! YAY.

So Canada is fun. Super cold - yes and I have lots of pictures. Enjoy. love you all
